Customers say
Customers find the two-way radio useful and compact. They appreciate its small size and ease of use. However, some customers have reported issues with buttons breaking or falling off after minimal use. The range is limited and does not reach 12 miles as advertised. There are also concerns about value for money and differing opinions on sound quality.
