This is a very comfortable watch, with a lot of adjustable features that I like. Unfortunately, there are too many unreliable features for me to really recommend it.
The blood pressure readings are completely off, which isn't surprising, as it's not really set up to be accurate. The sleep tracking doesn't work correctly, nor does the step counting (AT ALL*), which are both very important features for me in a smartwatch, as is the ability to customize access to the various options, which is also not available. I don't like having to wade through features I don't use to get to the ones I do. The heart rate monitor is fairly accurate, but there is no option for it to notify you if you go above a set rate.
*The step counter is a complete fail. You can set your step length in the app, which seemed like a positive indicator, but then the step counter just…doesn't work. For example, I have very definitely taken more than the 16 steps my counter currently reads for today (it's almost noon). I also didn't get 11 hours and 41 minutes of sleep last night (at the same time that the app is telling me I got 0). I wasn't even in BED for 11 hours and 41 minutes.
There's a good reminder option to drink more water. Unfortunately, you can only track your intake through the phone app, which defeats the purpose. You also can't customize how often you get the reminders, or how many you get in a day.
The watch itself is nice looking (for a smartwatch; it is huge on my tiny wrist), and the straps are comfortable. The app is fairly easy to work through, and it connected easily to the watch. There are a ton of different watch faces available through the app, which is very nice. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot else working in its favor, in my opinion.
